Similar in design to the EZ-Roll system, the Twin Roll-Up System offers one key upgrade: dual curtain layers that create a protective insulating airspace—ideal for maintaining a warmer environment inside your barn.

When not in use, both curtain layers roll up tightly together onto the same bottom tube. This keeps the fabric protected from moisture, rodents, and wear, ensuring long-term durability. The snug roll also helps maintain a neat appearance and reduces the chance of damage when the curtain is stored.

Built with animal comfort in mind, the Twin Roll-Up System is especially well-suited for calf barns and shelters housing animals that require extra warmth and consistent protection from the elements.

With installation heights up to 10 feet and lengths up to 140 feet, this system is both flexible and scalable. Choose between wind rope or wind pipe (rubber-coated option available for added longevity), and select either a cable or heavy-duty tube lifting system based on your building’s size and needs.

For wider or longer openings, the robust tube lift system replaces the standard pulley-cable setup and can be fully integrated with our automated control systems, including wind and rain sensors for smart, hands-free operation.
