Glass panels are a popular choice in both tie-stall and modern dairy barns, especially in parlour areas where natural light plays a big role in operator efficiency and livestock comfort. These panels don’t just let the light in—they help create a cleaner, more productive environment.
Installations are available with either manual or fully automated controls, and they pair seamlessly with Tri Star Control systems and tunnel ventilation setups for a complete environmental management solution.
For winter-ready performance, an advanced cable slack-sensing device is included with automated setups. This smart safeguard ensures that if ice builds up and later melts, the panels won’t suddenly fall open—protecting the cables from damage and extending system life.
Each panel glides on hot-dipped galvanized pipes, which serve as durable, rust-resistant tracks. All hardware is stainless steel, and the system runs on heavy-duty, 3” rust-free pulleys designed to withstand harsh agricultural conditions. Cables are fully height-adjustable even after installation, giving you more flexibility for fine-tuning.
A UV-treated rubber gasket lines the panel openings to seal out drafts and prevent air leakage, ensuring energy efficiency and climate control throughout the year.
