Combining the natural light benefits of glass with the insulation power of EZ Seal panels, our polycarbonate panel system delivers the best of both worlds—enhancing energy efficiency while brightening your barn interior.
The panels are built with 5/8" multiwall polycarbonate, offering a lightweight yet durable design that requires minimal maintenance. For added style, frames can be powder-coated to match your facility’s color scheme. Hot-dipped galvanized support pipes keep everything secure and stable in any environment.
Each panel can be operated manually with a hand winch or integrated into a fully automated control system, giving you complete flexibility and year-round climate control. The tinted version is standard, with a clear option also available for maximum light penetration.
For even greater durability, our triple-wall Macrolux panels are 10x more impact-resistant than acrylic and far tougher than glass. They resist cracking and splintering, even after long-term exposure to extreme temperatures and harsh conditions.
The multiwall construction offers exceptional thermal insulation while blocking harmful UV transmission, helping maintain a consistent indoor environment and protecting both livestock and equipment from excessive heat or cold.
